Отмечена роль незаконного производства наркотиков в финансировании деятельности талибов в борьбе за власть.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the sources of financing of the Taliban for twenty years. The author identifies internal and external sources of income of the Taliban* Movement.
