В процессе обучения в США они обретают профильные связи с представителями американских академических и деловых кругов, а также приобщаются к американской культуре и ценностям. В совокупности это делает зарубежных выпускников американских высших учебных заведений, вернувшихся в родную страну, потенциальными посредниками для налаживания международного сотрудничества с участием США в научной, образовательной и деловой сферах. Изучение параметров американской образовательной иммиграции представляет интерес, в том числе в целях совершенствования системы привлечения иностранных граждан для обучения на российских образовательных программах высшего образования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>International students who studied at the American universities are reasonably considered highly qualified specialists with relevant theoretical knowledge and applied skills in their field, especially in natural sciences, mathematics, computer science, and technical specialties. During their studies, they establish connections with the American academic and business communities, and gain an understanding of American culture and values. Together, these factors make foreign graduates of American higher education who have returned to their home country potential mediators for establishing international cooperation involving the United States in scientific, educational, and business fields.
