Авторы рассматривают модели и формы трансграничного образования, определяют наиболее применяемые из них российскими университетами и выявляет новейшие формы трансграничного образования, инициаторами которых выступают российские университеты. В статье на основе примеров вузов, статистических и аналитических данных представлена практика российских университетов в сфере интернационализации высшего образования, развития цифровых платформ, формирования сети зарубежных филиалов, создания совместных вузов и участия в сетевых университетах. Эффективная реализация трансграничного сотрудничества в сфере образования базируется на дистанционных образовательных технологиях, которые экономичны и быстро проникают во все уголки мира. Университеты России пока не занимают лидирующих позиций в трансграничном образовании, но участники образовательного процесса осознают его важность для внутреннего и внешнего развития образовательных систем и продвижения российского образования за рубежом. На государственном уровне приняты соответствующие документы. По мнению авторов статьи, трансграничное сотрудничество в сфере образования находится на этапе развития. Процесс интернационализации образования сталкивается с рядом проблем, связанных с адаптацией существующих и недавно разработанных стратегий трансграничного образования. Анализ результатов реализации государственных документов и университетских инициатив показывает динамику развития трансграничных форм образования, способствует разработке новых инициатив и их реализации совместно с зарубежными партнерами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the modern global market for educational services, Russia is strengthening its position in terms of cross-border education experience. The article considers models and forms of cross-boundary education, identifies the most widely used ones by Russian universities, and identifies the latest forms initiated by them. Based on examples of universities and statistical and analytical data, it presents the practices of Russian universities in internationalization of higher education, development of digital platforms, formation of a network of foreign branches, creation of joint institutions, and participation in networks. Effective implementation of cross-border cooperation in the field of education is based on distance learning technologies, which are economical and quickly permeate all corners of the world. Although Russian universities do not occupy a leading position in international education, participants in the educational process are aware of its significance for the internal and external development of educational systems and the promotion of Russian education abroad. Relevant documents have been adopted at the state level. According to the authors of this article, international cooperation in education is still in its early stages of development. The process of internationalization of education faces a number of challenges related to the adaptation of existing and newly developed strategies for cross-border education.
